We collect only what is necessary to provide the service: registration data (such as username and WhatsApp contact), minimal usage and connection data required for operation, and payment information processed by the gateways. We do not store card data — payment is handled directly by the financial institution/gateway.

We use data to: provide and maintain the service; process payments and renewals; offer support; ensure security; and send communications related to your account.

3. Legal basis

Processing relies on contract performance, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interest (security and fraud prevention) and, where applicable, your consent.

4. Sharing

We share data only with providers essential to operations (payment gateways and infrastructure providers) and when required by law. We do not sell your data.

6. Retention

We keep data for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
