Terms of Use

These Terms govern the use of SnowSSH services. By purchasing or using the service, you declare that you have read and accepted the conditions below.

1. Acceptance

Using the service implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

We provide access to VPN/SSH connections — an alternative service, delivered "as is", with no guarantee of continuous operation, speed or compatibility with any app, site or game. Connection status depends on external factors, mainly the mobile carriers.

3. Support

We teach you how to use our app. If the service stops working, it may be server congestion or a problem in the carrier's network — contact us so we can check and fix it, when the problem is on our server.

Most of the time, however, the problem is in the carrier's own network (slowness, maintenance, the connection method going down). In these cases we cannot solve it.

4. What is not our responsibility

• Carrier network instabilities that cause slowness or freezing when accessing the internet via VPN.
• We do not block services, apps, games or sites — so we are not responsible if any of them fails because it blocks VPN access.
• If your SIM is blocked by the carrier and you lose connection, unblocking is the customer's responsibility (usually, just add credit of any value).

5. Guarantee

We guarantee 30 days of validity for the purchased access. It only stops before that period if the connection method is blocked by the carrier nationwide — in which case you just switch to a carrier that is working.

Our commitment is to keep the server active and correctly configured, to make the connection as stable as possible.

Any carrier may block the method and the system may stop working in some states, or even all of them (as has happened). This is beyond our control: if it goes down, everyone loses — those who bought access, resellers and the server owner (who invests in infrastructure, hosting, domain, CDN, etc.). By buying, you accept that the service may go down and that you may need to change carrier.

6. Test before buying

We recommend testing the service before paying. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have tested it and that the service has no guarantee of operation.

7. Payments, renewals and refunds

Payments are made via Pix. Renewal extends validity from confirmation. We do not offer any kind of refund.

8. Usage rules

It is prohibited to use the service for illegal activities, attacks or overloading systems, sending spam, distributing malware, infringing third-party rights and unauthorized resale. The use of Torrents is not allowed. Violations result in immediate suspension, without refund.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time in case of violation of these Terms or legal requirement, with no right to refund.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses, lost profits, unavailability or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the period.

11. Changes

These Terms may be updated. The version in force is always the one published on this page.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
